Snack Tour® - Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your reservation due to personal reasons, please contact us promptly. Cancellation fees will be charged according to the timing of your cancellation as follows:

* If you are late, a portion of the experience content may be shortened.
* Changes due to severe weather or force majeure
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, earthquakes, or large-scale transportation disruptions, we will flexibly respond with options such as rescheduling or a full refund.
- The decision to proceed with the experience tour will be communicated by email from the person in charge by 10:00 AM on the day of the tour.
