Online Snack Yokocho Bunka Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") to ensure that customers can safely and comfortably enjoy the in-person snack experience tour (hereinafter referred to as "the Tour") provided by the Company.

When booking or purchasing the Tour, please read and agree to these Terms before proceeding.

Article 1 (Tour Content and Provision of Food and Drink)

1. The Tour includes the following services:
   • Guidance to snack bars by a specialized guide
   • Up to three drinks and light snacks (e.g., bar snacks) at each visited bar
   • Karaoke usage fees if the visited bar has karaoke facilities
2. Orders exceeding the stipulated number (three drinks per bar) will be at the customer's own expense. In such cases, additional charges shall be paid on the spot according to the regulations of each bar.

Article 2 (Booking, Meeting, and Dismissal)

1. The meeting point shall be the designated location stated on each tour detail page on the website.
2. Dismissal shall, in principle, be on-site at the final visited bar, or limited to guidance by the guide to the nearest station.
   

Article 3 (Customer Obligations and Safety Management)

1. Allergy Support: Customers with allergies to food or drink must notify the Company when making a booking. In the absence of prior notification, the Company and the bars shall not be responsible for accidents caused by allergies.
2. Age Restriction: This Tour is intended only for persons aged 20 or older, in accordance with Japanese law. Identification may be requested to verify age.
3. Excessive Drinking: The guide or bar may discontinue service if they determine that a customer is excessively intoxicated.
4. Prohibited Acts: Harassment or nuisance behavior towards guides, bar staff, or other customers is prohibited. In such cases, the Tour will be immediately terminated, and no refunds will be issued.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the following causes, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company:
   • Loss, theft, or damage to customers' personal belongings occurring during the Tour
   • Poor physical condition caused by food or drink (e.g., allergies not disclosed in advance, excessive drinking)
   • Injuries or accidents due to the customer's own negligence
   • Disputes arising between customers, or between a customer and a third party
2. The Company shall not be liable for any accidents or similar incidents occurring during travel within the Tour.

Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information acquired by the Company shall be appropriately used only for the operation of the Tour, sharing necessary information with guides, and emergency contact, in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation and performance of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with agreed jurisdiction for any disputes arising in connection with the Tour.
