The basic meeting point is in front of the main entrance on the 1st floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store, Hankyu Department Store.

1. If the entire group is late:
- No-show/unannounced late arrival: Considered a same-day cancellation, and the full tour fee will be charged.
- If you contact us in advance: We will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes (once only).
- If you are more than 20 minutes late: An additional charge of 3,000 yen per group will be applied.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation fees will be incurred starting 3 days before the tour date.
- Cancellations after the booking deadline are non-refundable for any reason.
3. Changes Due to Inclement Weather or Force Majeure:
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances, we will respond flexibly, such as rescheduling or providing a full refund.
- Our company will make the final decision regarding the feasibility of the tour and will notify you by email by 10:00 AM on the day of the tour.
