"Online Snack Yokocho," operated by Online Snack Yokocho Bunka Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mayuko Igarashi), celebrated its third anniversary on Sunday, May 14th. To commemorate this milestone, the company has expanded its services in collaboration with physical establishments, including snack bar tours and snack bar reservations. Concurrently, the service name has been changed to "Snack Yokocho," and the website has been renewed.

■Expanding services to include physical snack bars, such as snack tours and office snack bars

(1) Expanding "Snack Yokocho Tour" areas, including tours for foreigners and beginners

The "Snack Yokocho Tour" for foreign visitors, which started in Shimbashi in December 2022, expanded to six areas in April this year. In response to numerous inquiries, tours for snack bar beginners became available for reservation starting May 14th (Sunday). Furthermore, an online store has been launched where snack enthusiasts can purchase various snack bar goods, such as snack bar sign T-shirts.

(2) Expanding events by leveraging the local characteristics of regional snack bars and the communication skills of snack bar mamas

Online Snack Yokocho has supervised and held numerous events, such as "Office Snack," where snack bar mamas act as a hub to support internal communication, and regional revitalization events collaborating with local governments and businesses using snack bar communication. In light of the current return to real-world interactions, we have established a dedicated page for snack bar events to promote regional revitalization through snack bars.

(3) Online and real-world simultaneous reservations available! "Online × Real Snack Ticket" now on sale.

In addition to our traditional online snack bar services, we will begin offering a reservation service for physical snack bars through our unique reservation system. As a pre-release, we will be selling "Online × Real Snack Tickets," which combine online and physical snack bar services, for a limited seven-day period from Sunday, May 14th to Sunday, May 21st. In addition to special offers at physical establishments such as a "5 types of brown sugar shochu tasting" and a "special all-you-can-drink plan," this ticket allows you to enjoy 30 minutes of online snack bar experience, providing various information such as the mama's atmosphere, the shop's ambiance, and the mama's recommended local tourist spots before visiting the physical establishment. This ticket is recommended for snack bar beginners and those looking for a new regional snack bar experience. Enjoy a more local travel experience, including interaction with mamas and regular customers at snack bars brimming with regional character.
