      As an online snack system, it is possible for customers to leave their seats, so just like with real snacks, customers who have a bad attitude can choose to leave. However, we would appreciate it if you could avoid the option of leaving as much as possible.

      About business hours

      Strictly observe the operating hours of online snacks. If you have to cancel the event or be late due to poor physical condition, please contact the customer yourself.

      About complaint correspondence

      If a customer makes a complaint to us, we will inform the snack business about the content of the complaint. If we judge that cancellations on the day, cancellations without notice, complaints, etc. overlap, and it is judged that there will be a hindrance to the operation of Online Snack Yokocho, rumors, etc. . In the event that the online snack store is suspended, customers who have purchased tickets at that time will be refunded the full ticket price, and the fees incurred due to the refund will be borne by the snack. So please be forewarned.

      I want to stop opening online snack stores

      If the user falls under any of the following items, the Company will immediately suspend the provision of this service to the user without prior notice or demand, You can cancel the service contract, or cancel the merchant qualification or membership qualification.
      • If it turns out that there is a false fact in the registration information
      • When payment is suspended or becomes insolvent, or when there is a petition for the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings, etc.
      • In case of performing prohibited acts stipulated in Article 11
      • If there is a violation of the provisions such as exclusion of anti-social forces stipulated in Article 17
      • In addition, when the Company determines that the use of this service by the user or the continuation of the service use contract is not appropriate.
      If any of the items in the preceding paragraph apply, the user will naturally lose the benefit of time for all debts owed to the Company, and will immediately pay all debts to the Company. .
      The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to the actions taken by the Company under this Article, except in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
