When I was younger, I was a civil servant. After quitting my job as a civil servant in my 30s, I worked in insurance sales, a call center, helped with karaoke snacks, and ran a canned food bar, BarCan, in Gotokuji Temple for about 10 years. I love going to baking classes, doing tai chi, going out for drinks, and of course karaoke. On my days off, I often go to Shinjuku for drinks. I love Southern All Stars! I'm in the fan club.

The age range of customers who come to the actual store is from 40 to 60, and women are about 10%. We will serve 3 items on a small plate. There are also salads, meat dishes, fish dishes, pizza , udon, etc. We also have "Carrot Yakisoba", which was a popular menu in the previous Vulcan . Drinks include bottled beer, whiskey, shochu, and wine .
