A veteran Mama with a sole focus on the snack bar world!

Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, Hanshin Amagasaki Station. To the south of the station, you'll find historical buildings such as the renovated Amagasaki Castle and temples, giving you a taste of the old townscape. To the north, there are shopping streets and entertainment districts, and "Lounge Shun" is located there.

The bar will be open for 26 years in August 2022! Kimiko Mama, who was born and raised in Amagasaki, has always enjoyed talking and interacting with people. She started working as a staff member at a snack bar in Amagasaki when she was 18 and has been dedicated to the snack bar world ever since. She opened her own bar at the age of 26.

Since she started working in the snack bar world, Mama has been diligently serving customers every day. Her approachable nature is a highlight, with first-time customers often saying they feel like they've known her forever. She excels at instantly grasping customers' needs by observing their mood when they enter the bar and their reactions as they look around the interior.

For Mama, the charm of a snack bar is "the opportunity to meet various people regardless of their educational background or profession. Since Amagasaki Port is nearby, ship captains on voyages sometimes stop by. It's very enjoyable because customers teach me about worlds I wouldn't normally know in everyday life."

Mama, who is full of curiosity and wants to try anything if given the chance, decided to take on the challenge of an online snack bar because she wants to talk to many customers! "I want to cherish the connections I make with customers online. I love learning new things, so I want to hear a lot from customers, no matter the genre or topic of conversation!" says Mama.

*We cannot extend, reschedule, or cancel due to connection issues or other problems. *Regarding refunds
We are unable to provide refunds for ticket fees due to customer convenience. In the event of unavoidable cancellation due to inclement weather, disaster, etc., we will contact you and issue a refund by 6 PM the day before. If the event is postponed due to unavoidable reasons such as severe weather or disaster, and you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will issue a refund.

*Regarding Event/Tour Schedule and Plans
Event content may be subject to sudden changes depending on the operating status of the venue. We will notify you of any changes to the event content as far in advance as possible.

*Regarding Lateness
If you are late for the event start time due to personal reasons, we cannot wait as it may inconvenience other participants. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as transportation delays, please contact the emergency contact number immediately.

*Information on Meals and Allergies
Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all allergies.

*Manners and Rules

If such acts are discovered, we will take strict action and you may be asked to leave the event. Please understand that any additional expenses or cancellation fees incurred as a result of leaving the event will be your responsibility.

Depending on the establishment, wearing masks, temperature checks, and hand sanitization may be required. Please follow the guidelines of each establishment.

*Regarding Content Used in Tours/Events
