If you wish to cancel or change your reservation for personal reasons, please contact us promptly. The following cancellation fees will apply depending on the timing of your cancellation:

* Please note that we may cancel an activity due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of the participation fee, but we cannot compensate for any related expenses incurred by the customer, such as transportation or accommodation costs.
