Online Snack Yokocho Culture Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") to ensure that customers can safely and comfortably enjoy the in-person snack bar experience tour (hereinafter referred to as "the Tour") provided by the Company.

Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before making a reservation or purchasing the Tour.

Article 1 (Tour Content and Provision of Food and Drink)

1. The Tour includes the following services:
   • Guidance to snack bars by a professional guide
   • Up to 3 drinks and dry snacks (e.g., crisps) at each visited bar
   • Karaoke usage fees if the visited bar has karaoke facilities
2. Customers are responsible for the cost of any orders exceeding the specified number (3 drinks per bar). In such cases, payment for additional charges shall be settled on the spot in accordance with each bar's regulations.

Article 2 (Reservations, Meeting, and Dismissal)

1. The meeting place shall be the designated location described on each tour detail page on the website.
2. Dismissal shall, in principle, be at the final bar visited, or limited to guidance by the guide to the nearest station.
3. Transportation to accommodation facilities, etc., is not included, except when the "Transportation Option (Transfer)" has been requested.

Article 3 (Optional Services)

1. The Tour offers the following options at an additional charge:
   • Private use of a snack bar
   • All-you-can-drink plan
   • 30-minute extension without a guide
   • Transportation option (transfer from a dining location in a specified area, and transfer from the final bar to accommodation)
2. Actual expenses for taxi fares, etc., under the transportation option shall be borne by the customer.

Article 4 (Customer Obligations and Safety Management)

1. Allergy Information: Customers with allergies to food or beverages must notify the Company at the time of booking. The Company and the bars shall not be held responsible for any incidents caused by allergies if prior notification is not provided.
2. Age Restriction: This Tour is for individuals aged 20 or older, in accordance with Japanese law. Identification may be requested for age verification.
3. Excessive Drinking: The guide or bar may discontinue service if they determine that a customer is excessively intoxicated.
4. Prohibited Acts: Harassment or nuisance behavior towards guides, bar staff, or other customers is prohibited. If such behavior occurs, the tour will be immediately terminated, and no refunds will be issued.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the following reasons, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company:
   • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of customers during the Tour
   • Physical illness caused by food or drink (e.g., allergies without prior notification, or excessive drinking)
   • Injuries or accidents caused by the customer's own negligence
   • Disputes arising between customers, or between a customer and a third party
2. The Company shall not be liable for any accidents, etc., that occur during transportation during the Tour (including optional transfers).

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information acquired by the Company shall be appropriately used only for the operation of the Tour, sharing necessary information with guides, and emergency contact, in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation and execution of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for all disputes arising in connection with the Tour.
