1. If the entire group is late:
- No-show/unnotified tardiness: This will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full tour fee will be charged.
- If notified in advance: We will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes (once only).
- If more than 20 minutes late: An additional charge of 3,000 yen per group will be applied.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation fees will be incurred starting 3 days before the tour date.
- Cancellations after the booking deadline are non-refundable for any reason.
3. Changes due to severe weather or force majeure:
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances, we will respond flexibly, such as by rescheduling or providing a full refund.
- The decision to proceed with the tour will be made by our company, and you will be notified via email by 10:00 AM on the day of the tour.
