1. If the entire group is late:
- No contact/unannounced lateness: Considered a same-day cancellation, and the full tour fee will be charged.
- If notified in advance: We will wait a maximum of 20 minutes (once only).
- Lateness exceeding 20 minutes: An additional fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) per group will be charged.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation fees apply starting 3 days before the tour date.
- Cancellations after the booking deadline are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.
3. Changes due to Inclement Weather or Force Majeure:
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances, we will respond flexibly, such as rescheduling or providing a full refund.
- Our company will make the final decision regarding the feasibility of the tour and will notify you via email by 10:00 AM on the day of the tour.
