Enter from PC
When it's time for your appointment, please enter the room using the following steps. There are two ways to enter: whereby and Jitsi. Please check the entry URL in your email.
■How to enter using Whereby
Step ①
Click on the entry URL provided in your order confirmation email.
Step ②
Enter your name for admission and click next.
Step ③
Click "Request permission"
Step ④
Allow camera and microphone. (This step will be skipped from the second time onwards.)
Step ⑤
Turn on your microphone and screen.
*Please make sure the microphone and screen buttons are not red.
■How to enter using Jitsi
Step ①
Click on the entry URL provided in your order confirmation email.
Step ②
Allow camera and microphone access. (This step will be skipped from the second time onwards.)
Step ③
Enter your nickname or name and confirm that your camera and microphone are on.
Step ④
Click the "Join Meeting" button.
